Reporting to Michelle, MK Studio’s CEO and Lead Photographer, the Executive Administrator is responsible for providing administrative services and management to Michelle and the MK Studios team. The position serves as a point of contact for MK Studios customers and clients including day-to-day correspondence amongst the team. This role requires exceptional communication, strong organizational skills, leadership, and top notch customer service skills in a small but fast-paced environment.
3-5 per week during slow season
Approximately 10 per week during peak season
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Completes phase two edits for photo shoots
-Manages client communication before and after the photo shoot
-Designs and orders client products
-Packages client product orders
-Manages client written correspondence
-Creates client slideshows and photo applications
-Runs some studio errands including delivering products, obtaining referral gifts, and shipping products/correspondence
-Composes client blog posts
-Helps to manage newsletter platform
-Manages post-photo shoot backend including client close out
-Schedules and maintains studio social media
-Cleans and maintains camera equipment
-Cleans and organizes the home office environment
PROGRAMS & PLATFORMS
-Google Docs/Google Drive/Gmail
-ROES Lab Systems (preferred)
Writing, scheduling, organizing, time management, client relations, customer service, IT skills, travel logistics, verbal communication, email communication, technologically savvy, analyzing data, presentations, SEO (preferred) and brand strategy (preferred).
