It’s currently my favorite time of year. Not because of the approaching holidays or the beautiful fall weather, but because it’s Senior season! Abby helped me kick it off by posing her cute self among the pumpkins and beautiful foliage for her fall Flagstaff senior pictures at this year’s pumpkin patch hosted by Viola’s Flower Garden. I had so much fun wandering through the bales of hay, lines of trees, pumpkins, and cute props that were set up on the crisp and cool evening we took her fall Flagstaff senior pictures.

Abby is such a sweet girl. She was referred to me by my previous senior, Kaylee, who raved all about how smart, adorable, and funny she is. Turns out, I could not agree more. She is the kind of girl who can be super fun loving but who is also well composed, calm, and observant enough to participate in the occasional witty repartee which totally makes her my kind of gal. That all aside, there’s no denying she’s just overall a great person to converse with and obviously a good friend. I love that she’s hard-working, both in school and cheerleading, but also easy-going and fun. All this is made apparent by the fact that she’s already been accepted to three of the school she’s applied for – one with a great scholarship. I know she’ll excel in architecture, which is what she is hoping to go to school for.

Of course, my favorite part of any session is the photo shoot itself, but I also really enjoy doing each clients’ Photo Reveal and Ordering Session in their houses. It’s fun getting to know each of my clients’ families and learning more about them. Abby and her family were warm and inviting. I was greeted by her adorable doggies, Buster and Bentley, and it was fun hanging out with her family while they picked out their favorite images. Speaking of favorite images, my word, it will be so hard for me to choose which among the many good ones to include in the portfolio area of my website and social media. Take a look for yourself and leave Abby a comment about how gorgeous she is below!

Congrats on making it to your senior year, Abby, and for the college acceptances you’ve already received! I’m blessed to know you and can’t wait to shoot more with you before you graduate from Flagstaff High School!
